DevsReady was founded in 2022 by Emanuel Neculai - a hands-on software architect with over 12 years of experience building complex systems in finance, banking, and high-traffic platforms. What started as a free mentorship program to grow the next generation of engineers evolved naturally into a boutique software development company.
